Our Story Matters

Every business we work with faces unique working capital challenges. We've spent years understanding these complexities and building solutions that actually make sense for Australian companies.

Why We Started Ultraprofileid

Back in 2019, I was consulting with a manufacturing company in regional Victoria. They had decent sales figures but were constantly struggling with cash flow timing issues. Their accountant was great with compliance, but nobody was looking at the bigger picture of how their working capital moved through different seasons.

That experience opened my eyes to something important. So many Australian businesses, especially in manufacturing and retail sectors, were dealing with similar working capital puzzles. They needed someone who could dive deep into the numbers and help them understand not just what was happening, but why it mattered for their future growth.

We started Ultraprofileid because we saw this gap everywhere. Business owners who were smart and hardworking, but didn't have the time or specialized knowledge to optimize their working capital strategies.

Our Approach to Working Capital

Working capital analysis can get pretty technical, but the core questions are always practical. How much cash do you need? When do you need it? What's tying up your money unnecessarily? And most importantly, what changes will actually improve your situation?

We start every project by understanding your specific business model and industry dynamics. A construction company's working capital needs look completely different from a retail operation, even if they have similar revenue numbers.

Then we dig into the data to find patterns and opportunities that might not be obvious from monthly financial statements. Sometimes the biggest improvements come from small timing adjustments in how you manage receivables or inventory.
